Account Registration and Use
- You must create an account to access certain features of the platform. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the cornfidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Services Provided
- Cloud-based software testing operations, including but not limited to, automated test case generation, test bed management for both software and hardware, and requirement management.
- AI-assisted processes to streamline DevOps, SDLC, and STLC tasks, reducing manual effort and increasing testing efficiency.

User Responsiblities
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
- Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the platform's performance, security, or integrity.
- Refrain from attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or related systems.
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the platform.

Payment and Billing
- Certain features or services provided by OpsMetry may be subject to fees. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- You agree to pay for any services you subscribe to or use in accordance with the pricing and payment terms in place at the time of your purchase.
- OpsMetry reserves the right to change its pricing structure at any time, with or without notice.
Subscription Services and Cancellation
- OpsMetry operates on a subscription-based model for some of its services. Users can choose from various subscription plans.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle. Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time via the platform’s account settings.
- OpsMetry reserves the right to terminate subscriptions for violations of these terms, misuse of the platform, or non-payment.
Limitation of Liability
- OpsMetry provides services "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- OpsMetry does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
- In no event will OpsMetry be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform, even if OpsMetry has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Intellectual Property
- All content, designs, logos, and proprietary technology on the OpsMetry platform are the exclusive property of OpsMetry.
